The Assessment Services: Due to the nature of this service, no refunds will be issued or considered for this purchase. Be sure to make your decision before you make a purchase for our Assessment service.

Coaching Program and Courses: We offer 30 days refunds options for Programs/courses, purchased by Users. If you are not satisfied, a refund may be issued within 30 days of the purchase date if you can explain in details why you need a refund and if you implemented and passed the 30% perfomance remark.

We will evaluate your refund request and reply you if you are eligible.

Ebook Purchase: Due to the nature of this service, no refunds will be issued or considered for this purchase. Be sure to make your decision before you make a purchase for our Ebooks.

Online products: All online products except those indicated above have a 30-day refund period. If you do not receive your refund confirmation right away, please notify us so that we can make sure you get the email and you can get started on your refund procedure within the 30-day period.

If you are eligible for a refund and it has been approved by us, a refund will be issued back into your original method of payment when you placed your order within 3-7 business days depending on your payment card issuer. You, may request a refund by email after the thirtieth day of purchase. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from purchase.
